Join us for the St. Louis Regional Library Network's annual meeting! A short business meeting will precede the screening of the classic film Desk Set (1957). Katharine Hepburn plays research librarian Bunny Watson, who goes up against Spencer Tracy’s engineer Richard Sumner in this lighthearted comedy. Sparks fly when the two clash over a plan to automate the research department of a large television company. This film asks the now age-old question, will a computer be the end of these librarians?

SLRLN Tech Expo

The St. Louis Regional Library Network (SLRLN) started hosting the Tech Expo in 2002 to give librarians and library staff a chance to hear about technology in libraries of all types as well as to connect with colleagues from the area.
